February 12, 2012 9am-3pm:  Golden Paints workshop.  Instructor: Mary Morrison

Participants will work with paints specifically designed to work with fabrics such as cottons, linens and silk. There will be 8 different colors to try.  Additionally in this workshop students will work with fluid mediums, make acrylic skins that can be sewn or used for collage. Mary will demonstrate a product called soft gel which works as a fabric glue in appliqué and students will have a chance to play with this and many other products. Participants will leave with various 6x6 inch squares each illustrating usage of a particular product. The focus of the workshop is to learn how to use Golden’s products most effectively on fabric.

Sign up for workshops early.  If we don't fill the workshops within 30 days of the workshop, we will have to cancel the workshop.

Since we contract with speakers months in advance, we are committed to paying for their workshops; therefore, we will refund your class fee only if you cancel 30 or more days in advance.  We will not return any class fees less than 30 days before the workshop, but will allow you to have someone take your place at the workshop.
